As you can see this is my first post :) And... I forgot the Week Number (I am very sorry Mrs Abbas VERY SORRY!!) Anyway, we made food that made us of a pastry base. :> That's right we made fruit tarts and tuna quiche!
Basically we learnt how to make the pastry from scratch :3 I personally think self-made ones are healthier and less salty so maybe I'll stick with self-made ones next time I make my own foodstuff that involves a pastry base...!
So far I haven't decided what I'm going to make yet though :( But I know how to make what I might want to make healthier (I hope I didn't confuse you with that)
For cooked foods:
1. Less salt
2. More vegetables (I guess)
3. Balanced diet (ADD MEAT FOR PROTEIN :D)
For baked foods:
1. Less sugar
2. Try to make whatever you can make yourself (Pastry etc.)
There we go, that rounds up my very very short blog post! Yay.
